The app that tells you the truth about your habits.

Most habit trackers flatter you. Productivica reports what it measured and attaches the sample size. When there is not enough data yet, it says so instead of inventing a number.

Free to use, permanently. Premium is optional: $3.99 per month, with a 7 day free trial.

The Today screen of Productivica part way through a day: a progress card reading 7 of 14 done, 50 percent, 4 hours 10 minutes left, above a list of remaining habits with their categories, scheduled times and streak counts.

What it does

Three screens. Nothing you have to learn.

Today

Habits due today and your one off tasks, with subtasks, priorities and time estimates. Recurring habits repeat on the schedule you set. Reminders are scheduled by the operating system, so they still fire with the app closed.

Today screen with the day half finished: Project Work, Wind Down Routine, Evening Journal, Evening Reading and Drink Water still pending, each showing its category colour, scheduled time and current streak.

Plan

One control switches between Today, Week, Month and All. Month draws a grid; everything else draws a list. Your existing device calendar events can sit alongside your tasks, so you see the day you actually have.

Plan screen with the scope control set to Today, listing recurring habits alongside one-off tasks such as Send the quarterly invoice and Groceries for the week.

Stats

Four charts, and they are the only four: a consistency heatmap, a life balance breakdown, a productivity rhythm by hour of day, and momentum over time. All four are drawn from your own completions.

Stats screen showing Today's Progress at 50 percent and a Consistency Heatmap of the last five weeks, a mix of green, blue and amber days.

Yearly goals

A whole year, one square at a time.

Set a goal for the year and watch it fill in. Twelve month grids, one square per day. Free, like the rest of the core app.

The Yearly Goals screen in late August: overall progress 61.5 percent against a year that is 64.4 percent gone, a progress race ranking five goals from 68 down to 34 percent, and below it Perfect Year at 236 of 366 drawn as twelve month grids, January to August filled square by square and the rest of the year still empty.

They fill themselves in

Link a goal to habits you already track and it counts itself. Finish the workout, the workout goal moves.

Goals that are not habits work too. Add to them by hand, or let one-off tasks count.

And it says when you are behind

Your progress sits next to how much of the year has actually gone. A goal at 34% when the year is 64% through, and the screen says so.

Why it is different

The statistics carry their own sample size.

What you get

  • Measurements with the count attached. "Median completion time over the last 14 days: 15:40, from 38 completions."
  • A "still collecting" state when there is not enough history yet.
  • Your tasks stored on your device. No account, and no server to sync them to.
  • Export of everything you have, as JSON, whenever you want it.

What you will never get

  • Percentile badges. "Top 5% of users" needs a population, and this app does not have one.
  • Claims about your brain or your body clock. The app reads task timestamps. It is not qualified to say more.
  • Adverts, or your data sold to anyone. There is no advertising code in the app.
  • Guilt mechanics. No streak you cannot lose gracefully, no countdown pressure, no fake scarcity.

The easiest way to check this is the first week. Most apps show you a full dashboard on day one, filled with numbers they cannot possibly have yet. Productivica tells you it is still collecting, and how many days it needs. A worse first impression, on purpose.

Pricing

Everything you need is free. Premium buys depth.

The free tier is not a trial that expires. Premium adds a longer statistical window and more detailed analysis, not the ability to manage your tasks.

Free

$0 forever

  • Unlimited tasks, habits, subtasks and yearly goals
  • All four charts, over a 7 day window of your real data
  • Reminders, streaks, light and dark themes
  • English, Polish and Chinese

Premium 7 day trial

$3.99 per month

  • $19.99 per year
  • $39.99 once, for life
  • A 30 day window on all four charts instead of 7
  • Seven deeper measurements: monthly trend, recovery after a gap, streak history per habit, completion time drift, scheduled against actual, weekday breakdown, and habits slipping compared with before
  • An hour by hour day timeline
  • Optional one way calendar writing: your dated tasks are added to a separate calendar named Productivica. Your existing events are never touched, and changes you make in your calendar app are not read back
  • Five more themes and premium completion animations
Premium statistics: a per weekday completion breakdown each labelled across 13 recorded, a median completion time comparison drawn from 146 and 145 completions, and a scheduled against actual list showing how much earlier or later each habit is usually finished.

Every Premium measurement carries the number of completions it was drawn from.

Prices are set in the App Store and you will be charged in your own currency at the local equivalent. Apple handles the payment and the cancellation. You can cancel any time from your Apple account settings, and if you cancel during the trial you are not charged.
